Jodhpur : The operation of Marudhar and Shalimar Express trains will be affected on June 8 and 9 due to the ongoing redevelopment work at Gandhinagar Jaipur railway station. These trains will be operated through an alternate route.

According to North Western Railway’s Chief Public Relations Officer Captain Shashi Kiran, train 14853 Varanasi City-Jodhpur Marudhar Express will run via Bharatpur-Sawai Madhopur-Jaipur on June 8 and will halt at Bayana, Gangapur City, Sawai Madhopur and Durgapore stations en route. Train 14864 Jodhpur-Varanasi City Marudhar Express, departing from Jodhpur on June 9, will run via the changed route Jaipur-Sawai Madhopur-Bharatpur and will halt at Durga Pura, Sawai Madhopur, Gangapur City and Bayana stations en route.
He said that train 14662, Jammu Tawi-Barmer Shalimar Express will run via the changed route Rewari-Ringas-Phulera on June 8 and will halt at Narnaul, Neemkathana and Ringas stations en route. Train 14661 Barmer-Jammu Tawi Shalimar Express will run from Barmer on June 9 via the changed route Phulera-Ringas-Rewari and will halt at Ringas, Neemkathana and Narnaul stations en route.
