Mumbai : Actor Sanjay Dutt has shared the much-awaited trailer of ‘Toolsidas Junior’. The movie stars late Rajiv Kapoor, Sanjay Dutt, Dalip Tahil and child artist Varun Buddhadev.
In the trailer, Rajiv essayed the role of Toolsidas, an ace snooker player, loses an important match to his rival. His 13-year-old son takes up the mission to fulfill his father’s dream with the help of former snooker champion played by Sanjay. The story is placed in Calcutta, 1994.
Sharing the trailer on Instagram on Saturday, Sanjay said, “A glimpse of the story like never seen before. Toolsidas Junior, releasing on March 4, 2022! Trailer out now” along with grinning face with star eyes emoji.
Written and directed by Mridul, the inspiring sports drama has been produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Ashutosh Gowariker and Sunita Gowariker. The film was Rajiv Kapoor’s last on-screen appearance as an actor as he passed away in February last year.
