Surat, May 2: Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel held a significant meeting with Seychelles High Commissioner to India, Lalatiana Akuch, during the Vibrant Gujarat Regional Conference in Surat. The meeting focused on strengthening ties between India and Seychelles, with an emphasis on investment in key sectors such as renewable energy and tourism.
During the discussion, Akuch highlighted the need for enhanced collaboration between Gujarat and Seychelles through mutual investments. Chief Minister Patel expressed gratitude for Seychelles’ participation in the conference and extended an invitation for the upcoming Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit 2027.
The meeting was attended by several officials, including Chief Secretary M.K. Das and Additional Chief Secretary of the Industry and Mines Department, Mamta Verma.
