Udaipur, May 2, 2026 (Udaipur Kiran): Power supply will remain suspended in more than 25 areas of Udaipur on May 2 due to maintenance work, according to Ajmer Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited.

Electricity will be unavailable from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, affecting several residential and commercial areas across the city.
Affected Areas
Areas connected to Patel Circle GSS, including Machhla Magra Scheme, Swaraj Nagar, Kailash Colony, Jawahar Jain School and Kaka Hotel, will face power cuts.
Other localities include Ramsingh Ji Ki Badi, Shahi Complex, Jain Dharamshala, Alok School, Maharana Pratap Colony and Govind Nagar.
Power supply will also remain disrupted in Sector-11, Sector-13, MP Colony, Khanjipir, Diwan Shah Colony, Government Press Colony, Salvi Colony and Mograwadi.
In addition, Shivaji Nagar, Agrasen Nagar, Udiapol, Bus Stand, Jawahar Nagar, Indranagar Beda and Sarvritu Vilas, along with nearby areas, will be affected.
