Mumbai, May 1: Renowned Hindi cinema actress Celina Jaitly is currently focusing on her personal life and mental well-being, stepping away from her professional commitments. On Friday, she took to Instagram to reflect on the ups and downs of life, mental peace, and reminisce about her earlier days.
The actress shared pictures of herself sitting on a sofa at home, holding a book. She wrote, “As women, we often get so busy building homes and fulfilling family responsibilities that we forget ourselves. The healing process is never loud or accompanied by grand victories; sometimes, it’s just about having a quiet day and taking a deep breath.”
Celina expressed that for her, healing means reclaiming the identity she had left behind. She stated, “I am returning to the girl I truly am. Regaining my strength, my voice, and my courage is my life’s goal.”
In her post, she also mentioned her pet dog, sharing, “After my marriage, I left all my dogs behind. The pain of that separation has quietly resided in my heart for many years. Perhaps one day I will find a little dog again.”
Celina concluded by sharing that she is currently finding peace in a cup of coffee, her favorite book, and time spent in her ‘bunny pajamas.’ She mentioned, “I am reading a book based on the excavations of Nalanda and improving myself through small moments.”
Celina Jaitly made her Bollywood debut with ‘Jansheen’ and has worked in films like ‘No Entry’ and ‘Golmaal Returns.’ Coming from an army background (her father is a Colonel), Celina settled in Austria after her marriage. She has now returned to India and is embarking on a new chapter in her life.
