Udaipur. Sterling Holiday Resorts, a leading leisure hospitality brand in India, has announced the opening of Sterling Aravali Udaipur in Rajasthan. This marks Sterling’s sixth resort in the state and third in Udaipur. Spanning approximately 2.5 acres of landscaped outdoor space, the resort offers breathtaking views of the Aravalli hills and has been opened as an iconic destination wedding venue in Udaipur. Udaipur is already well-known for its destination weddings. The resort features 40,000 square feet of green lawns and multiple banquet halls with a capacity to host around 5,000 guests, making it an ideal venue for wedding ceremonies. The resort provides live streaming, engaging games and activities for guests, themed decorations, grand menus, and wedding managers to help plan and organize wedding events according to guests’ needs.
Sterling Aravali Udaipur is inspired by the magnificent haveli architecture synonymous with grand Rajasthani design, featuring intricate decorations with jharokhas on the exteriors and interior walls. The resort boasts 67 spacious rooms and suites, including Classic Rooms, Haveli Rooms, Premier Rooms with Pool Views, Privilege Suites with Aravalli Hills Views, and a four-bedroom Haveli Suite, highlighting the region’s vintage architectural style.
The resort’s fine dining vegetarian restaurant, ‘Airawat,’ serves popular Rajasthani dishes alongside a variety of global cuisines. In the central courtyard of the resort, guests can enjoy a swimming pool, and soon, a signature spa and lounge bar will be opened for relaxation and entertainment.
