Typically, election result days see a bustling crowd of party workers and leaders at party offices, but this time, there has been little activity outside the TMC office since Monday morning.
On a day when excitement about election results peaks across the country, there was neither a crowd of supporters nor senior party leaders present at the TMC office. This situation has drawn attention, especially as early trends in the ongoing counting in West Bengal indicate that TMC is trailing behind expectations.
The initial trends have evidently impacted the morale of the party, as reflected in the atmosphere at their office in Delhi. Usually, such occasions are marked by celebrations and festivities, but this time, the mood remains entirely calm and serious.
According to local sources, many party workers and officials are currently monitoring the counting trends through TV and digital platforms. However, as the day progresses and results become clearer, a change in the situation is anticipated.
