
The launch of the Poco Pad 5G in India has been officially confirmed. The company also questioned the design and revealed the screen specifications of its next tablet. The Wi-Fi version of the Poco Pad was launched in select global markets in May this year. Apart from the additional support for 5G connectivity, the Indian version is expected to have the same specifications as the global version, powered by a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 processor and a 10,000mAh battery. The Poco Pad 5G will launch in India on August 23 at 12pm IST, the company confirmed in an X post. This tablet has been designed with blue color alongside the keyboard and pen. It is worth noting that the global version of the Poco Pad was launched in blue and gray tones. At the bottom of the tablet there is a speaker grill, a USB Type-C port and a 3.5mm audio jack.

Further details about the Poco Pad 5G are yet to be confirmed. However, it is expected to have similar specifications as the global version. The version sold abroad supports the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset with 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.2 internal storage. This tablet runs on HyperOS based on Android 14.
