Lucknow, September 8 (Udaipur Kiran) : Uttar Pradesh Minister Om Prakash Rajbhar has made headlines with his recent comments regarding several pressing issues, including the tragic building collapse in Delhi’s Saty Niketan, the blue dress code adopted by the Samajwadi Party’s student wing, and the flood situation following the disaster in Nepal.
Speaking to a news agency, Rajbhar attributed the Saty Niketan incident to the alleged negligence of the building owner. He emphasized that if the owner was aware of the building’s deteriorating condition, they should have demolished it and constructed a new one. He announced that action would be taken against the owner, underscoring the need for accountability regarding the structural integrity and lifespan of buildings to prevent such incidents in the future.
On the topic of the Samajwadi Party’s blue dress code, Rajbhar accused the party of deceiving the Bahujan community, asserting that merely wearing blue does not signify a change in ideology. He pointed out that many welfare schemes initiated for the upliftment of the poor during the previous government were dismantled.

Addressing the aftermath of the floods in parts of India following the Nepal disaster, Rajbhar reassured that the government is fully committed to relief and rescue operations. He stated that efforts are being made at all administrative levels to ensure timely assistance reaches those affected.
Additionally, he commented on Lucknow being recognized as one of the cities with the cleanest air in the country, attributing this achievement to the collaborative efforts of the government and the public.
