San Francisco, July 8 – A shooting at a block party in Detroit, USA, resulted in the deaths of two individuals and left 19 others injured.
Michigan State Police reported that all the injured were transported to the hospital for treatment. The Michigan State Police are assisting the Detroit Police Department in conducting an extensive investigation into the incident. As of now, no arrests have been made in connection with the shooting.
According to local media, citing news agency Xinhua, the victims were taken to St. John Hospital. In a statement on Sunday, the police said that investigators and forensic personnel are analyzing all available evidence.
It’s worth noting that another shooting occurred in Detroit on June 1. In that incident, four people were shot during a block party attended by over 100 people.
