Udaipur: Bihar-based FMCG startup Taste of Mom has selected seven MBA students from PAHER (Pacific) University for the position of Management Trainee, offering them an annual CTC of ₹15 lakh.
All seven selected students are currently studying in the third semester of the MBA programme. The achievement has been described as an encouraging milestone for young management talent.
The selected students are Aryan Agrawal, Anuj Kumar, Kaishav Jhanwar, Naman Singhatwaria, Rudraksh Joshi, Vanshit Joshi and Vedant Ameta.
As part of the company’s recruitment process, the students performed well in the written examination and interview. Their knowledge and skills impressed the company officials, leading to their selection.
Pacific Group Chairman Rahul Agrawal and Registrar Sharad Kothari congratulated the students and appreciated their hard work and efforts.

University Group Chairman Prof. B.P. Sharma said Taste of Mom is a rapidly growing FMCG company that is setting new benchmarks in the consumer products sector. He said the company aims to provide opportunities to young talent and prepare them as future professionals.
Pacific University President Prof. Hemant Kothari congratulated the students and said the university was proud of their achievement. He said the selection of the students by a company such as Taste of Mom reflects the quality of the university’s education system.
Prof. Dipin Mathur, Dean of the Faculty of Commerce and Management, said students are taught with a focus on practical learning and the current and future industry environment.
He said students are sent to companies for training and real-life exposure, which contributes to many of them securing placements even before completing their courses.

Placement Director Prof. Shankar Chaudhary and Placement Coordinator Dr Narendra Chawda said several students had already been selected by various companies this year.
They said the institution’s effort is to ensure that every eligible student gets access to good salary packages and career opportunities. They added that the achievement would serve as an inspiration for future students.
