The online portal for the Ambedkar DBT Voucher Scheme for the academic session 2025-26 will remain open until January 31, 2026.
Girish Bhatnagar, Joint Director of the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment, informed that the portal was initially launched on November 17, 2025, with a deadline set for December 31, 2025. However, the department has now extended the last date to January 31, 2026.
Under the Ambedkar DBT Voucher Scheme, students belonging to SC, ST, OBC, MBC, and EWS categories who are enrolled in regular undergraduate and postgraduate courses at government colleges and living away from home in rented accommodations are eligible to benefit from this scheme.
