Udaipur, March 9, 2026 (Udaipur Kiran) : Mrs. Chetna Bhati, Additional Superintendent of Police in the Rajasthan Police, has been honoured with the State-Level Pannadhay Security and Honour Award for her outstanding work in the field of women and child welfare. The award was presented during a state-level ceremony organised in Hanumangarh on the occasion of International Women’s Day.

The award was conferred by the Department of Women and Child Development, Government of Rajasthan. As part of the honour, she received a cash prize of ₹21,000, a certificate and a memento.
Currently, Chetna Bhati is serving in the CID SSB Zone in Udaipur. She has previously been honoured twice with the DGP Disc and has also received a certificate of merit from the Chief Minister.
Bhati has actively contributed to public awareness efforts related to women empowerment and cyber crimes. Through slogans, articles, speeches and poems written from time to time, she has worked to spread awareness, including promoting the “Beti Bachao Beti Padhao” message at district, state and national levels.
For these initiatives, she has been honoured several times by both government and non-government organisations. She is also the first woman officer from Rajasthan Police to receive this award.
