Udaipur: A Freshers and Farewell Party was organised with enthusiasm at Venkateshwar College of Nursing under Sai Tirupati University, Udaipur. Sai Tirupati University Vice-Chancellor Dr Prashant Nahar, Registrar Dr Devendra Jain, Deputy Registrar Dr Kanupriya Tiwari, PG Dean Dr Bharat Parashar, along with principals of various institutions and distinguished guests, attended the programme.
The programme began with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by the guests. On the occasion, College of Nursing Principal Dr Vijay Singh Rawat extended his best wishes to the students and welcomed the nursing students. He wished the students receiving farewell success, a bright future and a promising career.
Students presented various cultural performances that entertained the gathering. Through songs, dances and other cultural programmes, they showcased their enthusiasm and excitement.
While the fresher students were welcomed, senior students were given an emotional farewell. The programme concluded with the National Anthem.
The event was marked by an atmosphere of enthusiasm and happiness among the college students and staff.
