
Narsinghpur/Jabalpur : As soon as the Vande Bharat Express train stopped at Narsinghpur railway station in Madhya Pradesh, a spark quickly turned into a fire. This incident happened in a coach of the train, which was immediately brought under control. The incident happened while traveling from Itarsi to Jabalpur. So far, no information about any casualties has been reported.
Preliminary information has been received in this regard. Sources said that the fire broke out due to an electrical short circuit in coach C-5 of the Vande Bharat Express, which was immediately brought under control. All the passengers had deboard the train as soon as the fire broke out. Railway officials and staff reached coach C-5 upon receiving the information and extinguished the fire. An official statement from the Railways is yet to come.
