Jodhpur, April 25 (Udaipur Kiran): Railways has introduced a weekly summer special train between Bhavnagar and Haridwar to facilitate passengers travelling during the summer holidays.

The train will operate once a week, departing from Bhavnagar every Sunday at 4:25 am and reaching Jodhpur at 6:45 pm the same day. It will halt at Jodhpur for 10 minutes before continuing its journey to Haridwar. The service will remain operational till May 31.
In the return direction, the train will depart from Haridwar every Monday at 4:25 pm, arrive in Jodhpur on Tuesday at 10:40 am, and reach Bhavnagar on Wednesday at 4:35 am.
The train consists of 22 coaches, including AC, sleeper, and general class, ensuring a comfortable journey for passengers.
The train will halt at several key stations including Luni, Pali Marwar, Marwar Junction, Falna, Abu Road, Palanpur, Mehsana, Viramgam, Ratangarh, Churu, Sadulpur, Hisar, Rohtak, Panipat, and Ambala Cantt. Additionally, passengers from Gotan, Merta Road, Degana, Chhoti Khatu, Didwana, Ladnun, and Sujangarh will also benefit from this service.
The special train has been introduced considering the increased passenger demand during the summer season, providing direct connectivity to Haridwar for travellers from Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Haryana.
