(Udaipur Kiran): Samsung’s next flagship lineup, the Galaxy S26 series, could face a launch delay, according to a new report from South Korea. The company has reportedly postponed mass production of the upcoming models, adding credibility to recent rumors that the Galaxy S26 series may debut in March 2026 instead of the usual January window.
As per the report, mass production of the Galaxy S26 Ultra is now scheduled to begin in December 2025, while the Galaxy S26 and Galaxy S26+ will move into production in January 2026. Originally, Samsung had planned to begin production of all three variants in December.
The delay reportedly stems from the cancellation of the Galaxy S26 Edge, which forced Samsung to refocus development efforts on the Galaxy S26+. This additional development time is expected to take one to two extra months.
Notably, development for the Galaxy S26 and S26 Ultra is said to be complete, meaning the Ultra variant will enter production first, followed by the standard and Plus models.
This production schedule shift suggests that the Galaxy S26 series launch could indeed move to March 2026, marking a departure from Samsung’s typical early-year flagship release cycle.
