
Mumbai : The Rupee on Wednesday jumped 16 paise at 74.71 against the green back in early trade on fresh selling of US Dollar by bankers and exporters, dealers at the Foreign Exchange said.
The local unit that was slid by 37 paise on Tuesday, recovered in opening trade due to weak Dollar against other world currencies amid rebounding equity market.
The Rupee unit registered days high and low at 74.68 and 74.79 respectively against the US Dollar, dealer added.
