
The Poco M6 Plus 5G will launch in India on August 1 along with the Poco Buds X1. Earlier reports suggested that the upcoming smartphone will be rebranded as Redmi 13 5G and thus will have several key features. Poco has already talked about some of these features and revealed the design of the phone. The company has now confirmed the specifications of the phone’s processor, camera and display. The Poco M6 Plus 5G color range has also been revealed.

In a press release, the company confirmed that the Poco M6 Plus 5G has a 6.79-inch Full HD+ display, 120Hz adaptive refresh rate and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection for the segment.
The company also announced that the Poco M6 Plus 5G will come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 AE (Accelerated Edition) chipset paired with up to 8GB of RAM. Out of the box, the phone runs HyperOS based on Android 14.
Meanwhile, Poco recently confirmed that the M6+5G will be equipped with dual rear cameras with a 108MP primary sensor that supports 3x in-sensor zoom. Now, the company has revealed that the phone will have a 13-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calling.
For security reasons, the Poco M6 Plus 5G comes with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. It is 8.32mm thick and has an IP53 rated dust and splash resistant design. The phone will be available in three colors: Graphite Black, Ice Silver and Mist Lavender.
