
OnePlus has launched its latest mid-range smartphone Nord CE 4 in India. Celebrating the success of its predecessor Nord CE 3, OnePlus revealed that the latest smartphone was released 9 months ago. Here we compare two smartphones:
Price
The OnePlus Nord CE 4 will be available from April 4 in Dark Chrome and Celadon Marble colors at a starting price of Rs 24,999. The OnePlus Nord CE 3 was also priced at Rs 24,999 on the company’s website (at the time of writing). Available in Gray Shimmer and Aqua Surge.
Display
Both phones feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 93.4% screen-to-body ratio. However, the OnePlus Nord CE 4 has an Aqua Touch feature that allows users to use the phone even with wet hands.
CPU
While the OnePlus Nord CE3 is powered by the Snapdragon 782G chipset, the OnePlus Nord CE 4 is powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC. Both phones are available in 8GB+128GB and 12GB+256GB variants.
Camera
OnePlus Nord CE 3 is equipped with a triple camera, a 50 MP IMX890 sensor with optical stabilizer, an 8 MP Sony IMX355 sensor and a 2 MP macro sensor. There is a 16 MP sensor on the front. The OnePlus Nord CE 4 has dual rear cameras with a 50MP Sony LYT-600 primary sensor with OIS and an 8MP ultra-wide sensor. There is a 16 MP selfie camera on the front.
Battery
The OnePlus Nord CE 3 packs a 5,000mAh battery that supports 80W SuperVOOC charging. OnePlus Nord CE 3 is equipped with a 5500mAh battery that supports 100W charging and battery status.
Software
The OnePlus Nord CE 3 comes with Android 13-based OxygenOS 13, while the OnePlus Nord CE 4 comes with Android 14-based OxygenOS 14. The company highlighted the Auto Pixelate 2.0 and Smart Cutout AI features in the Nord CE 4- in.
