Udaipur, February 16, 2026 (Udaipur Kiran) – The National Testing Agency (NTA) has declared the results of JEE Main 2026 Session-1, bringing relief to lakhs of candidates across the country. Students can now access their scorecards on the official website.

Key Exam Highlights
JEE Main Session-1 was conducted in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode on January 21, 22, 23, 24 and 28. A total of 13,55,293 candidates registered for the examination, out of which 13,04,653 appeared. The overall attendance stood at 96.26 per cent, marking a record participation rate.
The examination was also conducted in 15 international cities, including Dubai, Singapore and Washington.
12 Candidates Score Perfect 100 Percentile
This year, 12 candidates secured a perfect 100 percentile in Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech.). Among them are Shreyas Mishra from Delhi, Shubham Kumar from Bihar and three candidates from Rajasthan. Among female candidates, Ashi Grewal from Haryana emerged as the highest scorer with 99.996 percentile.

Strong Security Measures
To ensure transparency and fairness, NTA deployed AI-based video analytics and virtual observers during the examination. Modern 5G jammers were installed at all centres to prevent misuse of electronic devices. Results of 68 candidates have been withheld for adopting unfair means.
