The Infinix XPad could hit the market soon. The XPad will be Infinix’s first tablet. Recent reports in June suggested the company was developing the tablet, but no details were available at the time other than a possible model number. Now more detailed information about the so-called tablet has been published in cyberspace. Leaked design renders of the Infinix XPad hint at various expected colors and key specifications.
Infinix XPad design, color options (expected)
Android Arena Report shares Infinix XPad design renders. In the images, the tablet is shown in three colors: Ice Blue, Star Gray and Titan Gold. The left side of the plastic back has a glossy pattern. In the top left corner, a square module with rounded edges appears to house a dual camera unit on the back as well as an LED flash.
There appears to be a power button and a volume button on the right edge of the Infinix XPad. It appears to be a flat screen surrounded by evenly thick bezels on all sides. The front camera unit can be seen in the right picture.
Infinix XPad Specifications (Expected)
According to reports, the Infinix XPad is expected to feature an 11-inch Full HD+ (1080 x 2400 pixels) display with a refresh rate of 90Hz and a pixel density of 239ppi. The phone is expected to use the MediaTek Helio G99 Ultimate 4G octa-core chipset and 4GB of RAM. The tablet supports storage expansion of up to 1 TB via microSD card and will be available in 128 GB and 256 GB storage variants. Android 14 may come with an XOS skin.
According to the report, the dual camera unit on the back of the Infinix XPad is likely to feature a 12-megapixel primary sensor and an 8-megapixel secondary sensor along with an LED flash. The front camera is said to have an 8-megapixel sensor.
The Infinix XPad is said to be powered by a 7,000mAh battery with support for 18W wired fast charging. Wi-Fi, 3.5mm audio and USB Type-C connectivity are also offered. This tablet may not support SIM card. For security reasons, a fingerprint sensor can be integrated on the side. The tip measures 257.07 x 168.62 x 7.58 mm and weighs 496 grams.
