New Delhi, March 12: Tensions are escalating in the Middle East due to ongoing attacks from Iran, which has been targeting various locations across West Asia. These actions have drawn significant international condemnation.
According to Kuwait’s national news agency, multiple drone attacks occurred at Kuwait International Airport, resulting in damage to cargo but no reported injuries.
The Israeli war room stated that several drones linked to the Iranian regime targeted the airport, causing damage to goods. The frequency of Iran’s attacks on Arab nations is increasing, creating an atmosphere of fear across the Middle East.
Reports from Mehr News Agency indicate that an attack in Iran’s Arak province injured seven people, two of whom are in critical condition. Authorities noted that six production units were damaged in the assault. Arak is an industrial city that houses a nuclear complex, which has previously been targeted in Israeli strikes.
In light of the recent developments, the Indian Embassy in Kuwait has issued a new advisory, sharing addresses for all its four units and informing that embassy services will be closed on Fridays due to Ramadan.
The embassy provided the following addresses:
1. Kuwait City: 3rd Floor, Al Jawhara Tower (building housing Indigo Airlines), Ali Al Salem Street;
2. Jleeb Al Shuyoukh: M Floor, Nesto Hypermarket Building (Old Olive Hypermarket);
3. Fahaheel: Al Anoud Shopping Complex, M Floor, Makkah Street;
4. Jahra: Al Khalifa Building, Building No. 27, 2nd Floor, Office No. 3 and 14, Block 93.

Kuwait’s Ministry of Electricity reported that six power transmission lines were shut down after debris from the drones fell on infrastructure. However, officials assured that the supply of electricity and water remains stable across the country.
In a separate incident, the Italian Ministry of Defence reported a missile attack on an Italian military base in Erbil, located in Kurdish territory, although no casualties were reported.
