The stock jumped 19.97% to trade at ₹28.66, up ₹4.77 from its previous close of ₹23.89. It opened at ₹25.24 and touched an intraday high and low of ₹28.66 and ₹25.24, respectively. A total of 30,08,129 shares changed hands on the counter.
The BSE Group ‘B’ stock, with a face value of ₹1, currently has a market capitalization of ₹1,233.80 crore. It has touched a 52-week high of ₹79.95 (on November 11, 2024) and a 52-week low of ₹14.95 (on April 17, 2025). Over the past week, the stock traded between ₹28.66 and ₹23.00.
The company’s promoter shareholding stands at 34.54%, while institutional investors and non-institutional investors hold 22.94% and 42.52%, respectively.
Strategic Partnership Details
Under the newly signed MoU, Blue Cloud Softech will design and develop advanced Edge AI chips specifically tailored for the Oil & Gas (O&G) industry in collaboration with Byte Eclipse.
The project, valued at $15 million for Phase 1, aims to deliver real-time, on-site data processing capabilities that enable autonomous and predictive decision-making for mission-critical applications such as Predictive Maintenance (PdM).
These Edge AI chips will be engineered to withstand harsh industrial environments and remote operating conditions, offering secure, efficient, and scalable solutions for global deployment. The first phase of the project is expected to be completed within 18 months, followed by future phases aimed at expanding the technology’s global footprint.
