New Delhi, November 4 (Udaipur Kiran): Shares of Blue Cloud Softech Solutions (BCSSL) gained on Monday after the company announced signing a $9.63 million contract with Axiom Vortex Inc, a leading U.S.-based defense technology firm.
The stock was trading at Rs. 29.86, up Rs. 0.53 or 1.81% from its previous close of Rs. 29.33 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs. 29.90 and touched a high of Rs. 31.25 and a low of Rs. 29.74 during the session, with over 22.74 lakh shares traded so far. The company’s market capitalisation currently stands at Rs. 1,308.84 crore.
The BSE group ‘B’ stock, with a face value of Re. 1, has recorded a 52-week high of Rs. 79.95 (on November 11, 2024) and a 52-week low of Rs. 14.95 (on April 17, 2025). Over the past week, the stock has traded between Rs. 33.00 and Rs. 23.00. The promoters hold 34.54%, while institutional investors and non-institutional investors own 22.94% and 42.52%, respectively.
Under the agreement, BCSSL will deploy turnkey Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) and AI-Agentic Perimeter Security solutions for defense clients across Africa and the Middle East. The partnership integrates BCSSL’s Operational Technology (OT) Security Platform with Axiom Vortex’s military-grade cryptographic technologies, creating an end-to-end defense-grade cybersecurity framework.
The collaboration aims to strengthen protection for national and strategic defense assets against cyber and hybrid threats, enhancing situational awareness, operational resilience, and threat neutralization capabilities for defense organizations.
