Adani Energy Solutions Rises on Announcing ₹18,000 Crore Capex Plan for FY26

New Delhi, November 4 (Udaipur Kiran): Shares of Adani Energy Solutions Ltd. gained over 1.5% on Monday after the company announced a capital expenditure plan of ₹17,000–18,000 crore for the current financial year (FY26).

The stock was trading at ₹1,001.40, up ₹15.35 or 1.56% from its previous close of ₹986.05 on the BSE. The scrip opened at ₹989.95 and touched an intraday high of ₹1,006.15 and a low of ₹976.15, with 35,527 shares traded so far. The company’s market capitalisation stands at ₹1,19,900.02 crore.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock, with a face value of ₹10, has recorded a 52-week high of ₹1,090.65 (on November 6, 2024) and a 52-week low of ₹588.25 (on November 27, 2024). Over the past week, the stock has traded between ₹1,006.15 and ₹918.55. The promoters hold 71.19%, while institutional investors and non-institutional investors hold 23.01% and 5.79%, respectively.

The company stated that out of the planned ₹17,000–18,000 crore capex, around ₹6,000 crore has already been invested across ongoing projects in FY26. This includes ₹3,350 crore in transmission, ₹700 crore in distribution, and approximately ₹2,000 crore in smart metering initiatives.

Additionally, Adani Energy Solutions has earmarked ₹10,000 crore for its Navi Mumbai project, which will be developed over the next five years. The investment aligns with the company’s long-term strategy to enhance power transmission, strengthen distribution networks, and modernize metering systems across key operational areas.
