New Delhi, November 4 (Udaipur Kiran): Shares of DLF Ltd. surged on Monday after the real estate major announced the sale of 221 super-luxury flats worth nearly ₹16,000 crore in its premium housing project, ‘The Dahlias’, located in DLF Phase 5, Gurugram.
The stock was trading at ₹770.15, up ₹13.95 or 1.84% from its previous close of ₹756.20 on the BSE. The scrip opened at ₹754.20 and touched an intraday high of ₹773.10 and a low of ₹752.80, with 35,891 shares traded so far. The company’s market capitalisation stands at ₹1,90,970.30 crore.
The BSE group ‘A’ stock, with a face value of ₹2, has recorded a 52-week high of ₹896.45 (on December 16, 2024) and a 52-week low of ₹601.20 (on April 7, 2025). Over the last week, the stock traded between ₹786.40 and ₹749.10. The promoters hold 74.08%, while institutional investors and non-institutional investors hold 20.66% and 5.26%, respectively.
Launched in October 2024, the 17-acre project ‘The Dahlias’ comprises 420 apartments and penthouses and is part of DLF’s ultra-luxury residential portfolio in Gurugram. The company has achieved sales bookings of ₹15,818 crore in the project till the September 2025 quarter, reflecting strong demand for premium housing.
Following the success of ‘The Camellias’, another landmark project in the same area, ‘The Dahlias’ has played a key role in driving DLF’s record sales bookings of ₹21,223 crore in FY 2024-25. The company has already recorded ₹15,757 crore in pre-sales during the April–September 2025 period, compared to ₹7,094 crore in the same period last year.
