Udaipur, June 5 (Udaipur Kiran): Sai Tirupati University successfully concluded its World Environment Day Fortnight campaign, held from May 15 to June 5, 2026, with active participation from all constituent colleges and the NSS Cell.

The programme was organised in association with the Pollution Control Board, Udaipur, and featured a series of awareness initiatives focused on environmental conservation.
During the fortnight, activities including a poster-making competition, blood donation camp, tree plantation drive, water conservation awareness programmes and a public awareness campaign on reducing plastic and waste were conducted. The initiatives aimed to promote environmental responsibility and awareness among students and the wider community.
University representatives, including Dr. Dileep Kumar, Devarshi Mehta, Yunus Khan and Avantika Gupta, along with faculty members and staff, actively participated in the campaign. The university said the collective efforts and dedication of participants contributed to the successful execution of the programme.
At the conclusion of the campaign, the university administration expressed gratitude to all participants and collaborators and reaffirmed its commitment to continuing public welfare and environmental conservation initiatives in the future.
