RSWM Gains on Renewable Energy Agreement with Powerpulse Trading Solutions

Mumbai, September 5 (Kiran News) — Shares of RSWM climbed in Thursday’s trade after the company announced that it has entered into a Power Supply and Management Agreement with Powerpulse Trading Solutions, an Adani Green Energy group company, to source renewable energy under the Group Captive Scheme.

At 11:00 am, the stock was trading at ₹157.00, up 2.45% from its previous close of ₹153.25 on the BSE. The scrip opened at ₹155.75 and has touched a day’s high and low of ₹157.00 and ₹155.75 respectively. Only one share was traded on the counter so far.

The BSE ‘B’ group stock, with a face value of ₹10, has a 52-week high of ₹228.80 (Sept 25, 2024) and a 52-week low of ₹125.10 (Apr 7, 2025). The company’s current market capitalisation stands at ₹731.49 crore. Promoters hold 55.69% in the company, while institutional and non-institutional investors own 1.50% and 42.80% respectively.

RSWM said that further agreements related to the renewable energy supply arrangement are under finalisation and will be executed shortly. The initiative is expected to significantly enhance the company’s renewable energy capacity and align with its sustainability goals by meeting maximum power demand through solar and wind energy sources.
