Jaipur, November 8 (Udaipur Kiran) — The Special Intensive Revision 2026 process is progressing rapidly across Rajasthan, with more than one crore voters having received enumeration forms so far. Under this exercise, Booth Level Officers (BLOs) are conducting door-to-door visits to distribute and collect voter enumeration forms. Barmer, Chittorgarh, and Banswara have emerged as the top three districts in form distribution. The house-to-house survey will continue from November 4 to December 4.

Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) of Rajasthan, Naveen Mahajan, said that BLOs have been trained and assigned the responsibility of field verification and form collection. To ensure smooth accessibility and transparency in the process, District Election Officers (DEOs), Electoral Registration Officers (EROs), and Assistant Electoral Registration Officers (AEROs) are also conducting on-ground inspections. They are personally accompanying BLOs to monitor distribution, review their work, and assess overall progress of the campaign.
All major political parties are actively participating in the ongoing revision exercise. So far, over one lakh Booth Level Agents (BLAs) have been appointed to verify voter lists at their respective polling stations. Political parties are continuing to appoint additional BLAs to ensure accuracy and eliminate discrepancies in electoral rolls.
The Election Commission of India (ECI) has advised all recognized political parties to appoint their BLAs at every polling booth in time to avoid future complaints about voter list errors. The Commission has reiterated that timely participation by all stakeholders is essential to uphold the credibility of the democratic process.
CEO Mahajan has appealed to every voter in Rajasthan to actively participate in strengthening democracy by completing their enumeration forms and verifying their details promptly. He urged all eligible citizens to be part of this historic revision process. For any assistance, voters can call the toll-free helpline 1950 or use the “Book a Call with BLO” feature available on the official ECI website — https://voters.eci.gov.in.
