New Delhi, September 5 (Kiran News) — Smartphone maker OnePlus is preparing to launch its next flagship, the OnePlus 15, in October in the Chinese market. Ahead of its debut, multiple leaks suggest that the handset will come with major upgrades in display technology, performance, and battery capacity.

Expected Price
While the global pricing of the OnePlus 15 has not been confirmed, the OnePlus 13 is currently listed at ₹69,999 on the company’s official website in India. Analysts expect the OnePlus 15 to be priced in a similar range, though its advanced BOE display and upgraded hardware may position it as one of the most attractive Android flagships of the year.
Display Upgrade
According to tipster Digital Chat Station, the OnePlus 15 will use BOE’s latest Oriental X3 panel. Last year’s OnePlus 13 debuted with the BOE X2 screen, which received a top A++ rating from DisplayMate. The new X3 panel is expected to offer even better performance. BOE is reportedly planning to showcase this display before the official launch, similar to how the X2 panel was revealed ahead of the OnePlus 13 release.
The OnePlus 15 may feature a 6.78-inch display with a 165Hz refresh rate, a significant improvement over the OnePlus 13’s 120Hz. However, reports indicate the resolution could drop from 2K to 1.5K this year.
Other Expected Specifications
Processor: Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite 2
Battery: 7,000mAh with 120W wired fast charging
Design: Subtle refinements for a sleeker, more premium look
OnePlus is also expected to launch the OnePlus Ace 6, a mid-range smartphone, alongside the flagship in October. Additionally, reports suggest the company may introduce a new Turbo series phone as part of its expanding portfolio.
