
Motorola has added a new 5G smartphone to its Moto G series. And that’s the Moto G54 5G. According to Motorola, the phone was launched in India with a base price of 15,999 rupees and appears to be an affordable smartphone with 5G connectivity, smooth gaming experience, large battery capacity, fast charging and charging capabilities. The Moto G54 is the company’s first G-series smartphone to feature the Mediatek Dimensity 7020 processor, making it the first smartphone in this price range to feature this chip. This phone is a competitor to Redmi 12 5G and Realme 11X 5G.
The main features of the Moto G54 include 12 GB of RAM, 256 GB of storage, a 50 MP camera with OIS, a huge 6000 mAh battery with 33 W charging and a 33 W Tubi charger.
Moto G54 5G price in India
The Moto G54 5G has two storage options. The variant with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage costs Rs 15,999 while the variant with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage costs Rs 18,999.
Bank and stock market offers enable customers to buy mobile phones at low prices. In fact, the original version of the phone can be bought along with the bank offer at an effective price of 14,499 rupees. If customers want to take advantage of the introductory offer, they will also have to pay Rs 17,499 for 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.
In addition, Motorola has partnered with Jio to offer Rs 5,000 worth of benefits (Rs 2,000 cashback for 399 prepaid plans and Rs 3,000 as affiliate vouchers).
The Moto G54 will be available in Midnight Blue, Pearl Blue and Mint Green colors and will be sold on e-commerce site Flipkart.
Specifications of the Moto G54 5G
The Moto G54 features a 6.5-inch LED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and Full HD+ (2400 x 1080) resolution. The display offers HDR10, produces a maximum brightness of 1,000 nits and uses Panda Glass, an aluminosilicate glass similar to Gorilla Glass, to protect the display.
The Moto G54 runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 7020 processor with 2.2GHz octa-core CPU and IMG BXM-8-256 GPU. The device uses a 6000mAh battery that supports 33W charging.
There are two cameras on the rear: a 50-megapixel OIS primary camera and an 8-megapixel autofocus camera. Motorola hasn’t added a macro camera or added depth. There is a 16-megapixel camera for selfies.
Compared to other smartphones on the market, Moto smartphones use a cleaner version of Android. The Moto G54 is no exception to this rule. The device ships with Android 13-based software, but Motorola has promised to update it to Android 14 at a later date.
Motorola also launched the new Moto G84 5G phone in India last week. The Moto G84 is the company’s first G-series smartphone with a Pantone color version. The Moto G84 has a single storage variant (256GB storage and 12GB RAM) priced at Rs 19,999.
