Imphal, March 5 : Manipur recorded 76.62 percent polling in the second and last phase of State Assembly elections on Saturday. However, with some more people in the queues before polling stations, the figure may go up further, election officials said. Once voting was complete in all the polling stations, the Electronic Voting Machines will be kept in the strong rooms. Repoll may be ordered in some polling stations following violence that left one person dead and another wounded, while there were reports of 12 incidents related to snatching and damage of EVMs. NS SSP
