Mumbai, October 6 (Udaipur Kiran): Rishab Shetty’s much-awaited film ‘Kantara Chapter 1’ is creating waves at the box office. The film has received a tremendous response from audiences and has already surpassed its production budget within just four days of release.

Released on October 2, the film opened to bumper collections and maintained strong momentum throughout the weekend.
According to box office tracker Sacnilk, Kantara Chapter 1 collected ₹61 crore on its fourth day. The day-wise earnings are as follows:

With a reported budget of around ₹125 crore, the film has already earned approximately ₹223.25 crore in just four days, turning into a box office blockbuster.
The movie is a prequel to the 2022 hit ‘Kantara’, which was made on a modest budget of ₹15 crore and went on to gross over ₹400 crore worldwide.
In Kantara Chapter 1, Rishab Shetty not only plays the lead role but also serves as the director and co-producer. Interestingly, on the day of release, the makers also announced the next installment — ‘Kantara Chapter 2’, hinting at the continuation of this successful saga.
