Mumbai, September 28 (Udaipur Kiran) : Mumbai, September 28 – Rapper Karma has revealed that his latest track, “Game Over,” from the upcoming film “Drishyam: The Conclusion,” encapsulates the uncertainty woven throughout the movie’s narrative.
With its powerful and bold energy, “Game Over” evokes the feeling of a high-stakes game where every move counts, leaving no room for retreat. The song reflects the mounting pressure and sudden changes faced by the protagonist, Vijay Salgaonkar, while introducing a modern rap style to the “Drishyam” franchise’s final chapter.
Karma not only composed the song but also penned the lyrics and lent his voice to it, collaborating with AK for Real on the production. He explained that the concept for “Game Over” stemmed from its title, aiming to create a piece that embodies attitude while remaining connected to the film’s universe.
“I wanted the song to reflect the energy of the uncertainty in ‘Drishyam: The Conclusion’ without being overtly explicit,” Karma stated. As he began writing, the sound was clear in his mind, leading him to handle the lyrics, composition, and vocals himself.
The track portrays a more serious, darker, and conflict-ridden aspect of Vijay Salgaonkar’s world, highlighting the pressures and challenges surrounding him. Following the emotional shifts in the film’s soundtrack, “Game Over” adds a layer of confrontation, intensifying the story’s gravity and unpredictability, where situations can escalate at any moment.
“Game Over” is now available on all streaming platforms, released under the Sony Music India label.
