His health deteriorated around 7 am on Thursday. He felt dizzy while drinking tea and fell down. His family took him to a private hospital, where doctors pronounced him dead.

Fateh Singh’s body was cremated with state honors at Mokshadham. Senior police officers and staff were present during the cremation.
