Head constable dies of heart attack in Udaipur

Head constable Fateh Singh, 41, posted at Savita police station in Udaipur, died of a heart attack on Wednesday night. His family took him to a private hospital, where doctors pronounced him dead.

Fateh Singh was a native of Chandpol and had been working at Savita police station for 10 years. He was on duty on Wednesday night and returned home to sleep. His health deteriorated around 7 am on Thursday. He felt dizzy while drinking tea and fell down. His family took him to a private hospital, where doctors pronounced him dead.

Fateh Singh’s death has caused a wave of mourning in the police department. Police Commissioner ML Lather expressed deep grief over his death. He said that Fateh Singh was a brave and honest police officer. He always showed dedication to his duty.

Fateh Singh’s body was cremated with state honors at Mokshadham. Senior police officers and staff were present during the cremation.
