Exciting Engineering Opportunities at RITES Limited

Bengaluru, August 25: A significant opportunity has emerged for those aspiring to work with Rail India Technical and Economic Service (RITES). RITES Limited has officially announced job openings for a total of 8 positions for Engineer-UT Testing, inviting applications from eligible candidates. The vacancies include 5 positions for General category, 2 for OBC (NCL), and 1 for SC.

The online application process for these engineering positions commenced on August 21, with the last date for applications set for September 14. Interested and eligible candidates can complete the registration process on the official RITES Limited website before or by the deadline.

Applicants must possess a full-time diploma in Mechanical/Metallurgical Engineering from a recognized institution or university, along with a UT Level-2 certificate (ASNT/ISNT). Alternatively, candidates should have a full-time degree in the same branches of engineering and the required UT Level-2 certificate.

Additionally, candidates with a diploma must have at least 5 years of experience post-qualification, while those with a degree should have a minimum of 2 years of experience.

The maximum age limit for applicants is set at 40 years, calculated based on the application submission deadline. Candidates from reserved categories will receive age relaxation as per regulations.

Selection of eligible candidates will be based on application scrutiny, shortlisting, document verification, interviews, and other stages. Selected candidates will receive a salary of ₹42,478 per month, along with additional benefits and allowances.

Document verification and interviews are scheduled for September 17 and 18 at the following addresses: RITES, Regional Office, Industry House, 5th Floor, 45, Fairfield Layout, Race Course Road, Bengaluru 560001, and RITES, Inspection Office, Chennai CTS Building, 2nd Floor, BSNL Complex, No. 16, Greams Road, Chennai 600006. Candidates are advised to arrive on time and bring all relevant documents in original and photocopy.
