Moscow, March 11 ( /Sputnik) The European on plans to participate in talks on a ceasefire in Ukraine, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban said on Friday after an EU summit. “We decided that Europe will also join the ceasefire negotiations,” Orban said, as quoted by the hirado.hu news portal said.
