The former India captain gifted his signed Chennai Super Kings jersey to Pakistan fast bowler Haris Rauf.
Rauf on Friday took to Twitter to share the pictures of Dhoni’s signed jersey.
“The legend & capt cool @msdhoni has honored me with this beautiful gift his shirt. The “7” still winning hearts through his kind & goodwill gestures,” tweeted Rauf.
Dhoni-led Chennai Super Kings won their fourth Indian Premier League title after defeating Kolkata Knight Riders by 27 runs in the 2021 edition in Dubai.
The 2022 IPL will see the expansion of the league, with the addition of two new franchises – Ahmedabad and Lucknow.
Chennai Super Kings retained Dhoni, Ravindra Jadeja, Moeen Ali and Ruturaj Gaikwad ahead of the upcoming mega auction which is likely to take play in February.
