Centrum Capital surges on getting nod to raise Rs 100 crore via NCDs

Centrum Capital is currently trading at Rs. 19.50, up by 0.25 points or 1.30% from its previous closing of Rs. 19.25 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 19.70 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 20.00 and Rs. 19.00 respectively. So far 7853 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group ‘A’ stock of face value Rs. 1 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 43.85 on 16-Nov-2018 and a 52 week low of Rs. 17.90 on 13-Nov-2019.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 20.85 and Rs. 17.90 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 813.34 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 37.99%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 0.80% and 61.21% respectively.

Centrum Capital’s board has approved the issue of principal protected, secured, rated, listed, redeemable, non-convertible, market-linked debentures (NCDs) on private placement basis in one or more tranches/ series/ types aggregating upto Rs 100 crore. The Fund Raising Committee of the Board of Directors at its meeting held November 13, 2019 has approved the same.
