After not being celebrated for the last two years due to Covid-19, this time the new year festival has started at Ramna. The program started on Thursday (April 14) after 0800 hours with instrumental music. After that, the artists of Chayanat welcomed the new year with Rabindra Sangeet ‘Mon, Jag Mangalloke’. Eighty-five artists from Chayanat took part in the New Year celebrations. Hundreds of people sat in front of the stage and enjoyed the cultural program. Panchakabir Songs, folk Songs, Bratehari Songs ect were sung in the program. Day is public holiday today. MAZ SY 1351
