Administrative Officials Review Health Services Across Udaipur District

Udaipur, January 25, 2026 (Udaipur Kiran): Acting on the directions of the state government, senior administrative officials on Sunday carried out an intensive inspection of government medical institutions across the district to assess the quality of healthcare services being provided to the public.

District Collector Namit Mehta inspected the Khemraj Katara Government Satellite Hospital at Hiran Magri. During the visit, he held detailed discussions with the hospital management regarding available medical facilities and directed them to send proposals for introducing new facilities wherever required, with the aim of further improving patient care.

The District Collector reviewed various hospital sections, including wards, ICU, IPD, and OPD. He assessed cleanliness, availability of medical equipment and medicines, and overall patient facilities. Emphasising the need to further strengthen hospital arrangements, he interacted with admitted patients to understand their health condition and level of satisfaction with the treatment and care being provided. He wished patients a speedy recovery and instructed doctors and nursing staff to continue delivering services with sensitivity and dedication. Chief Medical and Health Officer Ashok Aditya, along with hospital officials, doctors, and health staff, was present during the inspection.

ADM and CEO Also Conduct Inspections
As part of the same initiative, Additional District Magistrate (Administration) Dipendra Singh Rathore inspected the Community Health Centre at Nai, while Zila Parishad CEO Riya Dabi reviewed arrangements at the Community Health Centre in Dabok. Additional District Collector (City) Jitendra Ojha inspected the Satellite Hospital at Badgaon.

All officers conducted inspections as per a prescribed checklist and issued necessary instructions to ensure better medical services for patients. CMHO Dr. Ashok Aditya informed that inspections were carried out at more than 50 government medical institutions across the district by various officers on Sunday, reflecting the administration’s focused effort to strengthen public healthcare delivery.
