Udaipur: Pacific Hotel Management College, under the Pacific Academy of Higher Education and Research University, organised a one-day orientation programme for newly admitted students at the college campus.

The chief guest of the programme was Yash Raj, HR Executive at Taj Lake Palace.
The event commenced on the auspicious occasion of Guru Purnima with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp before Goddess Saraswati.
Welcoming the new students, Vinod Kumar Singh Bhadauria, Director of the college, congratulated them on becoming a part of the institution after completing their school education. Extending Guru Purnima greetings, he emphasised the importance of punctuality, discipline, patience, and a willingness to learn in achieving success. He also said that failure is the first step towards success.
Addressing the students, chief guest Yash Raj wished them a bright future and shared valuable insights about the hospitality industry. Through an interactive session, he highlighted the importance of communication and described qualities such as empathy and offering sincere apologies as essential values for professionals in the hotel industry.
Vice Principal Jacob John delivered the vote of thanks and reminded students that parents are their first teachers, whose guidance enables them to reach important milestones in life.
