Thanks to the persistent efforts of Udaipur MP Mannalal Rawat, the Government of India has sanctioned the construction of 112 kilometers of blacktop roads to improve connectivity in the tribal and remote regions of Dhariawad.

  • Dhariawad Block: 19 villages will be connected with 44 km of roads. Villages include Badli Fala, Amli Fala, Bodimangri, Meghwal Fala, Kheri Fala, and several others.

  • Lasadiya Block: 16 villages will be linked through 45 km of roadways. The route will include key connections like Gundawat Ghati to Dangela, Dholia to Neemdi Fala, and Lasadiya-Dhariawad Road to Bharbada.

  • Jhallara Block: 13 villages will benefit from 23 km of new roads. Areas such as Sajnot to Nayaghar, Dhora to Bada Daulpura, and Hamatiya Kala to Mata Mangri are part of the plan.

These developments will be implemented over the next three fiscal years, significantly improving access to healthcare, education, and markets for the local population.

Widespread Appreciation

BJP leader and former state minister Kanhaiyalal Meena expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma, Union Minister Nitin Gadkari, and MP Mannalal Rawat for their instrumental roles in securing these approvals. “This is a landmark step in bridging the rural-urban divide and ensuring that development reaches the last mile,” Meena said.

The blacktop roads will enhance quality of life and open new opportunities for the people of Dhariawad, a region known for its challenging terrain and limited infrastructure.
