The BSE group ‘B’ stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 563.45 on 20-May-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 218.90 on 09-Mar-2026.

Following the acquisition, the company now holds a 98% ownership interest in the aforesaid LLP through direct capital contribution. Accordingly, Shamli Solar Projects LLP has become subsidiary of Company.
