Jhajjar, September 17 (Udaipur Kiran) : The Dwarka Court in New Delhi has granted gangster Sandeep, popularly known as Kala Jathedi, a seven-hour custody parole on humanitarian grounds. Scheduled for September 20, he will be allowed to visit his village in Jhajjar district, Haryana, from 10 AM to 5 PM to participate in religious ceremonies celebrating the birth of his twin daughters.
The court’s decision comes after the daughters were born through in vitro fertilization (IVF). Currently incarcerated in Delhi’s Central Jail, Kala Jathedi’s release is contingent upon the provision of security and necessary arrangements by both Delhi and Haryana police during the parole period. The court has mandated that he must return to jail once the allotted time concludes.
This is not the first time Kala Jathedi has been granted parole for family reasons. On June 30, he received a four-hour custody parole from Rohini Court to meet his wife, Anuradha Chaudhary, and their newborn twins. The court had verified the birth and medical records before approving that request.
Anuradha gave birth to the twins via a cesarean section due to complications during delivery. Kala Jathedi, who married Anuradha on March 12, 2024, had also been granted custody parole to attend their wedding, which required significant police presence for security.
With over 30 serious criminal cases, including murder, extortion, and land grabbing, registered against him across Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, and Rajasthan, Kala Jathedi’s participation in the upcoming religious events marks a rare moment of familial connection amid his legal troubles.
