Varada School Hosts Social Service Camp

Udaipur, May 18 (Udaipur Kiran) — A social service camp titled “Anuguchchhatu Pravah” was inaugurated at Government Senior Secondary School, Varada, near Udaipur, with a focus on inspiring students towards social responsibility, national service, and awareness.

Students attending the programme were encouraged to adopt indigenous products, become responsible citizens, and contribute positively towards society.

Chief guests Dulhe Singh Devda, Administrator of Varada, and Deputy Administrator Nirbhay Singh Devda interacted with students and discussed issues related to national interest. School Principal Sandeep Ameta, creative educator Hemant Joshi, and Apurva presented the framework of the programme aimed at career guidance and personality development for students.

Social media influencer and motivational speaker Sandeep Rathore addressed the students on the theme of “Vocal for Local” and explained the importance of using indigenous and local products. He said that supporting local products strengthens the country’s economy and contributes to the vision of a self-reliant India.

Rathore also explained various public interest advisories issued by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in a simple and engaging manner. He said that small lifestyle changes can help citizens contribute towards the nation, including adopting carpooling, saving fuel, using public transport, promoting work-from-home when needed, avoiding unnecessary foreign travel, and giving preference to local products.

Students participated enthusiastically in the camp and drew inspiration from the experiences and thoughts shared by the guests. Camp coordinator Hemant Joshi said the initiative was not just an event for students but also an effort to promote social awareness, patriotism, and responsible citizenship. He added that more interactive sessions with distinguished personalities would be organised in the coming days.
