Experts advise starting the knee movement exercise by standing straight with the feet together, hands resting alongside the body, and eyes focused straight ahead. Maintaining complete balance in this posture helps build a strong foundation for the body.
Regular practice of this exercise results in stronger knees and hip joints, leading to better balance and stability in daily activities. It is especially helpful for individuals who feel weakness in the lower body due to prolonged sitting.
