
Jaipur : In a significant initiative to empower and support the veterans, Sapta Shakti Command, in coordination with PCDA (Army), Jaipur, organised a comprehensive outreach program on the System for Pension Administration Raksha (SPARSH) at the Sapta Shakti Auditorium, Military Station, Jaipur.
The program featured an informative presentation and interactive session on the benefits and services offered through the SPARSH portal, aiming to educate veterans on the portal’s functionality to ensure they can access maximum benefits.
Lieutenant General Manjinder Singh, Army Commander, South Western Command, addressed the gathering of veterans. He informed them of various initiatives undertaken by Sapta Shakti Command to enhance their welfare. These initiatives include upgrading ECHS facilities, improving Veterans Complex, renovating Sapta Shakti Holiday Home for Veterans, creating transient accommodation near Military Hospital, upgrading Pratap Suvidha Complex, improving canteen facilities, and establishing a wellness centre.
Army Commander assured the veterans that every effort would be made to provide welfare and a high degree of satisfaction among the veterans. He also acknowledged the significant contributions of veterans in nation building and sought their support in creating a positive environment.
