Remsons Industries Shares Jump on Securing ₹60 Crore Gear Shifter Order

Mumbai, January 2 (Udaipur Kiran): Shares of Remsons Industries Ltd surged on Thursday after the company announced that it has secured a major order worth ₹60 crore for the supply of gear shifters. The stock was trading at ₹126.50, up by ₹5.65 or 4.68 per cent on the BSE.

The scrip opened at ₹119.05 and touched an intraday high of ₹126.85 and a low of ₹119.05. A total of 12,275 shares were traded during the session. The stock’s 52-week high stands at ₹157.00, recorded on June 30, 2025, while the 52-week low is ₹102.30, touched on May 6, 2025. The company’s current market capitalisation is ₹437.90 crore.

Promoters hold a 66.24 per cent stake in the company, while institutional and non-institutional investors hold 5.92 per cent and 27.84 per cent respectively.

Remsons Industries has secured a new order from a leading Indian commercial vehicle (CV) manufacturer for the supply of gear shifters with push-pull cables. The contract, valued at approximately ₹60 crore, will be executed over a five-year period, with supplies scheduled to begin from the first quarter of FY 2026–27.

The company is a leading OEM supplier to the automotive industry, providing components and solutions to two-wheelers, three-wheelers, passenger vehicles, and commercial vehicles across domestic and international markets.
